What types of laundry do you accept?
We wash and fold laundry daily, including clothes, towels, and linens. Upon request, we also offer dry cleaning services and specialized laundry care.
Do I need to separate my laundry?
No need at all! Our team will sort your laundry by colors and fabric types before washing. However, if you have special instructions, just let us know when scheduling.
Can I provide my own detergent?
Absolutely. While we use high-quality, skin-safe detergents, you can request a specific detergent or provide your own. Just mention it in your order.

What happens if an item gets lost or damaged?
While this is extremely rare, if we lose an item, we will:
- Refund the full cost of your service
- Reimburse you for the lost item (based on fair market value)
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll re-wash your items for free.
Can I cancel or reschedule my pick-up?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to two hours before your scheduled pick-up time at no cost. Last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee.

We offer next-day delivery for most orders.
Do I need to be home for pick-up and delivery?
No. Just leave your laundry in a secure location, and our driver will pick it up. For delivery, we’ll notify you when it’s on the way.
